1. Body buildup
2. Read 10 books
3. Learn Saxophone
4. Spend time or money to help people
5. Spend more time with family
6. Turn on music instead of TV.
7. Wake up earlier
8. Take a day off from phone once a month
9. Stretch everyday
10. Meditation at least once a month
